The service TomaSyno.FUN (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") enables users to create profiles, publish posts/photos, and connect with others.
These Terms govern the use of the Platform, including content sharing and access to premium materials.
By using the Platform, you accept these Terms.
§2. Registration & User Accounts
To access all features, users must register (providing accurate information).
Users under 18 years old are prohibited from creating accounts.
Users are responsible for their password security and must not share it with third parties.
§3. Content Guidelines
Users may publish posts/photos, provided they do not violate laws or infringe on others' rights.
Prohibited content includes:
Pornographic, abusive, or violent material,
Copyright-infringing content,
Personal data of third parties without consent.
The Platform reserves the right to remove violating content without notice.
§4. Private Photos & Premium Access
Users may mark photos as "private", accessible only via paid subscription or one-time payment.
Purchasers are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use private content outside the Platform.
The Platform is not liable for illegal distribution by users but will take legal action upon reporting.
§5. Payments & Refunds
Premium content requires payment per the pricing plan.
Refunds are allowed only if technical issues prevent access (reported within 14 days of purchase).
§6. Liability
The Platform does not guarantee successful matches or relationships.
Users interact at their own risk and should verify the identity of others.
§7. Data Protection
User data is processed per the Privacy Policy.
Private photos are encrypted and protected against unauthorized access.
§8. Terms Modification
The Platform may update these Terms, notifying users via email or in-app alerts.
§9. Final Provisions
Disputes shall be resolved by the court of the Platform’s jurisdiction.
These Terms enter into force on 01.07.2025.
